Located right next to the center of Cat Ba town, the project is planned with the idea of turning Cat Ba into a “little Maldives of Asia” with large-scale, quality and classy entertainment space. The focus of the project is the central square, an international standard artificial public beach, walking streets and a vibrant service chain on both sides.

Unique architectural highlights inspired by the amazing beauty of Lan Ha Bay will turn the central square into a cultural meeting point and convenient public living space for residents and tourists. The project spends more than 60% of the area developing public amenities, landscapes, and green spaces.

With the goal of making Cat Ba the first zero-carbon tourist island in Vietnam, in the near future, all island residents as well as tourists will completely use environmentally friendly means of transportation. such as cable cars, trams, and bicycles. The public electric vehicle system will be planned synchronously across the island, with stops/parking/charging stations to ensure convenience for residents and tourists. This is considered one of Vietnam’s pioneering tourism projects towards zero  carbon emissions  and devoting a lot of area to the community.

In addition, the project area also includes a large inland waterway wharf, allowing tourists to easily access by sea from Hai Phong City or Cat Hai cable car station.
